Tej Print is a versatile printing and designing company offering services such as digital printing, brochures, flyers, catalogues, business cards, labels, packaging, signage, wide-format prints, personalised gifting, and more. We are expanding our brand presence and looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital footprint.

Role Overview

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising content across social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should be creative, organised, and familiar with design and printing industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns related to printing, design, packaging, and gifting.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer to develop visuals for posts.
• Write captions, hashtags, and marketing copy suitable for each platform.
• Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare monthly reports.
• Assist in running social media ads (Meta Ads knowledge is a plus).
• Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, printing, design, and gifting niches.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, process videos, product showcases, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and basic social media analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools (design team will support).
• Creativity in ideation, trending content, and storytelling.
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Experience: 0.5–2 years in social media management preferred (Freshers with strong creativity can also apply).
