About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can manage and grow brands presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content trends, social media strategy, and ad campaign management, with a passion for storytelling and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute daily posting and campaigns across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Develop engaging and trend-oriented content (reels, posts, stories, etc.) aligned with the brand voice.
  • Handle paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) — from setup to performance tracking and optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content strategies.
  • Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent branding and creative quality.
  • Manage monthly calendars, insights, and performance reports for all pages.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to queries/comments, and build community interaction.
  • Assist in campaign planning, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
  • Analyze data and recommend growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of all major platforms — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Pinterest, etc.
  • Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads basics preferred).
  • Excellent content sense — trending reels, captions, and storytelling.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts/brands.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with creative agencies or multiple client portfolios.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools will be an added advantage.
  • Awareness of current social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or SocialPilot.
