Job Description

Social Media Executive

Mumbai / Pune

Full-Time | On-site

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Airline Prep School (ALPS)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Design digital creatives such as posts, stories, posters, and promotional material
Edit short-form videos and reels aligned with current social media trends
Assist in planning and maintaining monthly content calendars
Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written content
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign requirements and approvals
Monitor basic social media performance metrics and engagement trends

Required Skills & Competencies

Working knowledge of major social media platforms and content formats
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva mandatory; Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects or equivalent)
Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt to evolving requirements

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers are encouraged to apply
Candidates with internships, freelance experience, or a relevant portfolio will be preferred
Educational background in marketing, media, design, or communication is an advantage
