As part of your role, you will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions for aspiring cabin crew students. You will also guide students through career pathways and professional development, while promoting the school's offerings to prospective clients to drive enrollment and revenue. Building strategic partnerships by visiting other educational institutes and fostering collaborative relationships will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. In addition, you will oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflows, manage inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain documentation related to admissions and training. Meeting sales goals through personalized follow-ups and targeted outreach will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate for this position would have a background as a former cabin crew member or in aviation training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a driven, goal-oriented personality with a talent for relationship-building. You should also possess the ability to multitask between teaching, partnership development, and operational duties.
