We are looking for a Social Media & Graphic Design Executive to join our Mumbai team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about social media, design, and video editing. You will work under the guidance of the Marketing Head, gaining hands-on experience in creative design, digital marketing, and brand building.

• Manage and update ALPSs social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create graphics, creatives, and marketing materials for posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Design brochures, posters, and digital ads when required.
• Edit reels and short videos for promotional and student-focused content.
• Assist in planning and maintaining the monthly content calendar.
• Research social media and design trends to suggest new content ideas.
• Engage with followers to build and maintain an active online community.

Essential Skills:

• Canva (designing posts, stories, and creatives)
• CapCut (basic video editing)
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (advanced graphic design)
• Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects (video editing)
• Experience in creating brochures and posters
• Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)

Soft Skills:

• Creativity and a strong eye for design
• Basic communication and writing skills
• Time management and organizational ability
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

• Graduate in any stream (Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers are welcome. Prior internships or project experience in social media or design will be an advantage.
