Key Services / Role Overview

We are looking for a creative all-rounder who can handle both graphic design and social media management to strengthen our brand image, increase online visibility, and support marketing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, packaging labels, presentations, product mockups, and more.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interaction.
• Shoot and edit photos, reels, and short-form videos occasionally.
• Write catchy captions, taglines, and branding copy (basic-level content writing).
• Collaborate with the team to support promotions, product launches, and campaigns.

• Enhance brand identity and visual consistency across all platforms.
• Increase followers, engagement, and reach organically.
• Convert audience attention into leads or sales inquiries.
• Build a professional and premium online presence for the company.

To Excel in This Role, You Should Have

• A strong sense of design aesthetics and brand-building.
• Excellent understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Ability to plan content strategically rather than just posting randomly.
• A proactive mindset someone who brings ideas, not just task-based output.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in Graphic Design and/or Social Media Management.
• Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / CapCut, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of basic analytics, hashtags, and posting best practices.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Influencer Marketing, or E-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Herbal, or Export-related brands (optional but desirable).
