The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving admissions, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility through both online and offline initiatives.

• Handle walk-ins and sales calls for CPL, Pilot Cadet, and Cabin Crew courses
• Conduct telephonic counselling and convert leads into enrollments
• Manage follow-ups and CRM/WhatsApp lead tracking tools
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team for online campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
• Assist in college visits, seminars, and marketing drives to promote ALPS
• Participate in on-ground operations and administrative support activities
• Maintain reports and contribute to monthly sales and marketing performance reviews

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in sales, counselling, and customer handling
• Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Passion for aviation training and education
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Weekly off
