Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels) tailored to each platform

Monitor performance and analyze key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), using insights to optimize campaigns

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Manage digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content marketing

Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align brand messaging

Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve digital strategy

Respond to comments and DMs, maintaining a consistent and positive brand voice

Track and report on ROI and KPIs regularly to leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management

Proficient in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)

Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools

Strong copywriting and content creation skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for social trends

Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work both independently and in a team

Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Nice to Have:

Experience in SEO/SEM

Background in eCommerce, B2B or B2C digital campaigns

Video editing skills or experience with platforms like CapCut or Adobe Premiere
