Role Overview

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing MBS’s online presence and digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, running targeted campaigns, and leveraging analytics to strengthen brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and support student recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with MBS’s brand and goals.
• Manage official MBS accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Plan and post high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, blogs, and stories.
• Coordinate with faculty, students, and staff to source and share relevant content.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns for student admissions, events, and institutional branding.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns where relevant.
• Track, analyze, and report digital engagement metrics and campaign performance.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visuals across all platforms.
• Collaborate with design, content, and photography/videography partners.
