Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Urbanzi Solutions LLP, based in Trivandrum, is looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of real-world experience in handling social media and digital marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work directly on live projects and contribute to building strong brand presence and engagement.

• Manage and grow brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, schedule, and publish creative content that engages and attracts the right audience.
• Run digital campaigns, ads, and promotions for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Create engaging visuals and videos using Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
• Support personal branding initiatives, including content research and storytelling.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance with strategies for improvement.

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills in both English and local language.
• Hands-on experience using Canva, Photoshop, and basic video editing tools.
• Knowledge of trending formats such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Basic understanding of SEO, digital promotions, and analytics.

• Creative, proactive, and self-driven.
• Passionate about social media trends and branding.
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing campaigns.

• Graduate in Marketing, Media, Communication, or Design (preferred).
• Candidates with proven portfolio/experience will be prioritized.

• Location: Trivandrum (On-site, Ambalathinkara Office)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year required
• Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
• Work Days: 6 days a week
