Mandatory Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

Office & Operational Support

• Basic usage of

  MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets

• Maintain office records, customer data, and reports
• Support showroom and daily operational activities
• Handle internal coordination and follow-ups
• Assist management with documentation and execution support

Sales & Customer Coordination (Support Role)

• Assist in handling walk-in and digital customer enquiries
• Understand customer requirements and communicate JOSECO offerings clearly
• Support premium customer experience at showrooms
• Act as a coordination bridge between management, customers, and sales staff
• Share ground-level feedback with management

Optional / Value-Add Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Content creation (basic posts, updates)
