Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute

  social media campaigns

  across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Generate

  out-of-the-box content ideas

  to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage

  content calendars

  , coordinate design & video creation with the in-house creative team.
• Run

  paid ads campaigns

  (Meta & Google) and monitor their performance.
• Track and analyze metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support digital campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Contribute ideas to improve brand storytelling and online community engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

• 1+ year experience

  in Social Media & Digital Marketing (agency or brand side).
• Solid understanding of

  social media platforms

  , trends, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with

  Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or similar tools.

• A creative mindset with good aesthetic sense and copywriting ability.

• Ability to multitask, work with deadlines, and bring innovative ideas to the table.

• Passionate about digital culture, memes, trends, and storytelling!

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of video editing or Reels creation.
• Experience with influencer collaborations or UGC content.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Buffer, Notion, or ChatGPT for content planning.
