About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator with 2 years of proven experience in managing and growing social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing online communities, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting overall digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

• Manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels, ensuring timely posts and responses.

• Monitor, listen, and respond to followers, building strong community engagement.

• Assist in running paid social media campaigns and track performance against KPIs.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to deliver creative posts, reels, videos, and stories.

• Track analytics and prepare reports on performance, engagement, and ROI.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Support digital campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite.

• Strong knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and community management.

• Ability to analyze metrics (Google Analytics, social insights) and optimize strategies.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
