Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media platforms for a brand or organization

  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Plan and manage a content calendar

    for posting on social media, create engaging visuals, videos; capture event content when needed.
  • Publish posts while maintaining brand tone and consistency.

  • Create and schedule engaging content

  • Monitor user interactions and respond promptly
  • Run targeted paid ad campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams


Required Skills:

  • Previously worked in an agency or in-house environment.

  • Proficient in all major social media platforms {Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter(X), etc.}.
  • Quality of writing engaging captions or crafting a content calendar.

  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Good knowledge ad management and tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Hoot suite, Buffer, or similar.

  • Analytical skills to interpret engagement data and campaign performance.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
