Job Summary:

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms. You’ll work closely with the content and marketing team to create engaging content, grow our online community, and promote our events, initiatives, and impact stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns and strategies
• Collaborate with the design team to produce creative and engaging visuals
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs promptly
• Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance
• Support event promotions and live coverage on social channels
• Brainstorm new and creative content ideas to enhance brand visibility

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools (preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Time management and organizational skills
• Basic video editing skills (bonus, not mandatory)

Eligibility:

• Recent graduates or students in their final year (any stream)
• Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
• A strong portfolio or examples of previous work (if available) will be an added advantage
