Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual from the field of commerce, accounts, finance to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor. The candidate will be responsible for teaching, syllabus design, faculty coordination, and assisting students in their academic and career growth. This role also involves close coordination with university officials and conducting assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching:

• Teach 1-2 subjects per semester, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for students.
• Subject Scheme and Syllabus Design:
• Collaborate with the academic council to develop and update subject schemes and syllabi that align with industry trends and academic standards.

Faculty Coordination:

• Coordinate with fellow faculty members across different batches to ensure smooth academic operations, including course delivery and assessment management.

University Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the department and university officials for academic policies, examinations, and any other official requirements.

Examinations:

• Oversee and organize mid-semester exams, ensuring fair and effective evaluation processes for students.

Student Assistance:

• Provide academic support and career guidance to students, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve their professional goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Commerce
• Proven experience in teaching and academic management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with syllabus design and curriculum development
