Social Media Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create original, high-quality, and engaging content tailored to various platforms.
• Design and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to ensure content relevancy.
• Coordinate and execute paid campaigns to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest optimizations to improve ROI.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams for campaign integration.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging and tone.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation (preferred).
• Proficiency in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and social algorithms.
