About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Content Writer & Social Media Specialist to join our B2B marketing team. If you enjoy writing compelling stories, understand how to engage a professional audience, and want to grow your skills across content and social media — this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in building our brand voice, creating engaging content, and managing our presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Quora, amongst others.


Key Responsibilities:


• Write and edit high-quality content across formats — blogs, case studies, website copy, thought leadership articles, emailers, newsletters, and marketing collateral

• Develop content aligned with SEO best practices and the B2B buyer journey

• Support the creation of B2B content such as case studies, thought leadership articles, product and solution overviews

• Write clear, engaging, and grammatically sound content for blogs, emailers, social media posts, web pages, newsletters, and marketing assets

• Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content. Work with designers to support content with visuals and infographics

• Proofread and ensure brand tone, messaging consistency, and grammatical accuracy

• Collaborate and assist in SEO efforts in developing SEO-optimized content and identifying relevant keywords

• Work with designers and marketers to bring content to life with visuals and CTAs

• Help maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms Social Media Management

• Assist in planning and executing social media calendars (primarily for LinkedIn and Quora)

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts that reflect the brand voice and business priorities. Draft and schedule posts, track engagement, and suggest content improvements

• Monitor platform performance, engagement metrics, and trends to optimize content. Monitor industry trends and competitor content for ideas and inspiration.

• Track competitor activity and identify content gaps or new ideas

• Help grow and engage our follower base by crafting relevant and timely content. Engage with the audience and foster community building around the brand

• Track and report basic performance metrics across channels


What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in content writing and/or social media, preferably in a

B2B or SaaS environment

• Excellent written English and storytelling skills

• A good understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B-friendly platforms

• Familiarity with basic SEO principles, Google Docs, and content tools

• Bonus: Experience with Canva, WordPress, Hootsuite/Buffer, or analytics tools

• A self-starter who is organized, curious, and willing to learn
