Your words will help spark awareness, break stigma, and bring comfort across Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

We are dedicated to breaking mental health stigma and making therapy accessible, affordable, and culturally sensitive. Our approach is deeply compassionate, intersectional, and rooted in the belief that mental health support should be available to everyone, everywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write creative captions, hooks, and scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Carousels
• Research and incorporate trending topics, formats, and pop culture into content
• Collaborate with design and video teams to brainstorm and execute ideas
• Write compelling video titles, descriptions, hashtags, and CTAs
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and shareability

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-1 years of experience in social media content writing (freelance/internship also considered)
• Strong command of English with a fun, relatable, and crisp writing style
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video trends
• Ability to write for Gen Z & millennial audiences
• Bonus: Familiarity with mental health, wellness, lifestyle, or youth-focused content
