About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Analyst to manage, analyze, and strategize our digital communication across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tamil and have a deep understanding of Tamil Nadu’s political landscape, media sentiment, and audience behavior.

This role involves creating and analyzing content that strengthens the party’s digital presence, enhances public engagement, and effectively communicates our vision and initiatives to the people.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and online discussions related to political and social issues in Tamil Nadu.
• Develop and analyze performance reports – audience engagement, reach, and sentiment tracking.
• Draft and review Tamil content for social media posts, press releases, short videos, and campaign messages.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and campaign teams to produce creative, impactful political content.
• Track competitor parties’ digital activities and provide actionable insights.
• Manage social listening tools to gauge public opinion and online reputation.
• Optimize paid and organic campaigns for maximum reach and positive engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Analysis / Political Communication.
• Strong proficiency in Tamil (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Deep understanding of Tamil Nadu’s political culture, local sentiments, and regional media trends.
• Experience using social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TweetDeck, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to craft politically sensitive yet engaging narratives.
• Strong data interpretation and report creation skills.
• Creative mindset with strategic communication ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in political party digital teams or public relations agencies.
• Knowledge of graphic design / video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite).
• Comfort with real-time news monitoring and rapid content response.
• Good networking with influencers or Tamil media journalists is a plus.
