Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Account Management:

• Handle multiple client accounts, understanding their social media and broader marketing needs. Ensure timely and quality deliverables to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Content & Campaign Ideation:

• Conceptualize creative strategies across platforms – social media, video, and web. Write compelling copy that resonates with audiences and supports brand narratives.

• Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with graphic designers and video teams to develop engaging, high-impact marketing campaigns that support brand building and audience engagement.

• Customer Happiness Champion:

• Be responsive and available for client needs, consistently ensuring their happiness and success through excellent communication and delivery.

• Team Engagement & Innovation:

• Contribute to internal brainstorming for innovative campaigns and client retention strategies. Take ownership of ideas and drive them forward.

• Revenue Generation:

• Develop customized media strategies aligned with customer goals. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue. Track and report growth from each key account. Active involvement into customer presentation development and onboarding.

Qualification:

Previous experience in ad agencies/ digital marketing agencies

Content writing and content management skill

Social Media management skill
