Key responsibilities may include: Content creation: Drafting engaging posts, stories, videos, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Content calendar management: Scheduling posts according to a planned content calendar to maintain consistent posting frequency. Community engagement: Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers promptly and professionally. Social media analytics: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions to measure campaign success. Social listening: Monitoring online conversations related to the brand and responding appropriately.
