Role

Social Media & Content Management Intern

This role is perfect if you enjoy creating, love internet culture, and can combine taste + speed + structure.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation (Quick & On-Brand)

• Create fast, high-quality posts using

  Figma

  /

  Canva

  (carousels, stat posts, memes, product snippets, founder thoughts).
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats (threads → carousels → reels scripts).
• Maintain basic brand consistency: typography, colors, tone, and visual polish.

Content Research & Ideation

• Research what to post: trends, formats, hooks, and topics in

  AI + marketing + creativity + e-commerce

  .
• Build weekly content ideas and draft outlines/captions.
• Bring “swipe-worthy” references and inspiration from creators, brands, and communities.

Calendaring & Publishing

• Manage the content calendar: schedule posts, track deadlines, and maintain a consistent posting frequency.
• Coordinate with founders/team to collect raw inputs (ideas, screenshots, product updates) and turn them into posts.
• Support publishing workflows (captions, hashtags, thumbnails, formatting).

Competitor & Market Analysis

• Track competitors and adjacent brands: what they post, what performs, and what patterns are emerging.
• Maintain a lightweight competitor dashboard (themes, cadence, formats, engagement signals).
• Share actionable insights: “what we should copy,” “what we should avoid,” and “what we can do differently.”

Newsletters

• Support drafting and sending newsletters: structure, writing, formatting, and links.
• Curate content: product updates, learnings, interesting reads, customer stories, and highlights.
• Help maintain a consistent newsletter cadence and style.
  

Who You Are

• You have strong taste + a good sense of what looks clean and scroll-stopping.
• You can write clearly and crisply (hooks, captions, short-form copy).
• You’re organized enough to run calendars, manage stakeholders, and keep things moving.
• You like learning fast, iterating, and taking feedback without ego.
• Curious about AI, marketing, and building brands in public.
  

Requirements

• Comfortable with

  Figma or Canva

  (you can create posts without hand-holding).
• Basic understanding of social platforms (LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram—whatever your strengths are).
• Strong execution speed: you can go from idea → post quickly.

• Preference for Mumbai-based candidates

  (or candidates who can work from Mumbai).

Bonus:

• Copywriting chops (especially short-form).
• Newsletter tools exposure (Beehiiv, Substack, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Interest in AI tooling / SaaS / marketing tech.
• Bonus: Experience working with AI-driven tools, marketing teams, or growth-focused organizations.
