Job Summary:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for growing and managing the company s social media presence across various platforms. The role involves developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement through strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance, grow the audience, and improve the overall effectiveness of social media strategies. This position is ideal for someone with 1 year of experience in social media management, paid campaigns, and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow Audience & Engagement:
- Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement across major social platforms.
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages promptly.
2. Content Creation & Performance:
- Assist in creating and curating content that resonates with the target audience.
- Analyze content performance using social media insights and recommend adjustments.
3. Brand Awareness & Lead Generation:
- Support campaigns that enhance brand recognition and drive potential leads.
- Monitor and optimize lead generation efforts through social channels.
4. Paid Social Media Campaigns:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize paid campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.
5. Social Media Analytics:
- Track key metrics (likes, shares, clicks, conversions) and provide regular performance reports.
- Leverage data to recommend improvements to both organic and paid social media strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
? Experience: 1 year in social media management, paid campaigns, or digital marketing.
? Tools & Required Experience:
- Social media management tools (1-year exp): Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms experience in scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and generating reports.
- Paid advertising platforms (1 year exp): Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Analytics tools(1 year exp): Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights experience in tracking performance, analyzing metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
? Content Skills: Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) with experience in creating visually appealing posts.
? Analytical: Ability to interpret social media data and insights.
? Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Educational Requirements:
? Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
? 1 year of experience managing social media platforms and executing paid campaigns.
? Relevant certifications in digital or social media marketing (preferred).
