The Opportunity:
Workers provided by an employment or temp agency for a limited period of time on a fill-in basis or for a finite project.

The Marketing Data Analyst plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across our marketing efforts. Embedded within the Marketing Analytics & Reporting team, you will be responsible for delivering clear visibility into performance metrics through the development of scalable processes, systems, and dashboards.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES/COMPETENCIES

  • Analyze complex and large-scale data sets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and performance metrics tailored to the evolving needs of internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics stakeholders to interpret requirements and build effective processes that meet business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and articulate opportunities to improve data workflows and processes, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a clear understanding of tasks and delivering precise, timely outcomes.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of marketing principles to contextualize data within broader campaign and business strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics (preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience using Power BI to create business-ready reports and dashboards
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4 explorations and Looker Studio dashboard development
  • Familiarity with SQL and Snowflake (beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and techniques, including Web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with remote and globally distributed colleagues
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and a data-driven mindset
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles to contextualize data insights
