Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Admin to manage our online presence across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing content, engaging with the audience, and maintaining the brand’s voice and tone. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day activities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Create engaging content (text, image, video) aligned with brand goals. Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content relevant and updated. Collaborate with the design and marketing team for campaigns and creatives. Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) Support in running paid promotions and ads if needed. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics across platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) Basic knowledge of social media tools and analytics Strong written and verbal communication skills Creativity and a good eye for design Ability to handle multiple accounts/pages and meet deadlines Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools is a plus Show more Show less
