The role is to work with our Clients based in the UK. The role is to run the day-to-day business process operations and monitor the overall performance and delivery of the processes within set teams. You will be responsible for delivering against all KPIs and SLAs, uplifting team skills and capabilities, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and personal development, alongside service delivery to customers, clients, and stakeholders. As you will be dealing with UK clients, high proficiency in English communication in both speaking and writing is essential to this role. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI (including Power BI Services) , DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) , spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) , and other relevant AI/data analysis tools .
