Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content Creation

  • Plan, design, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand brand goals, audience, and tone of voice.
  • Use creative tools such as

    Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and Synthesia

    to develop professional, high-impact visual content.
  • Write compelling captions and copy tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Monitor trends to create relevant and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Track and report on content performance, engagement, and reach.


Lead Generation & Client Support

  • Conduct

    outbound calls

    to generate leads for clients’ business development activities.
  • Research potential leads using tools such as

    Apollo

    and other lead databases.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Support clients in building their network and reaching target audiences.


Key Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in

    social media management

    and

    content creation

    .
  • Strong creative skills with a good eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in tools including (but not limited to):
  • Canva

    – for design and content creation.
  • Photoshop

    – for advanced image editing.
  • CapCut

    – for video and reel editing.
  • Synthesia

    – for AI-driven video content.
  • Apollo

    – for lead generation and contact sourcing.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking confidently with prospects.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


Previous Experience

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices.
  • Previous experience in lead generation or sales support roles.
