Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Admin who can help us keep that connection alive and the online vibe going strong.

What You’ll Do

• Handle

  daily posting

  across platforms (Instagram is a must)
• Ensure every post goes out

  on time

  with

  the right hashtags and captions

• Respond to

  DMs

  , resolve queries, and engage with our community
• Collect, organize, and suggest

  UGC (user-generated content)

  for reposts
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to align posts with campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who

  lives and breathes Instagram

  , and understands how to engage with an audience
• Familiar with

  social media tools

  , hashtags, trends, and formats
• Strong communication skills — warm, professional, and fast to respond
• Super organized and reliable — you’ll be the one making sure nothing gets missed
• Bonus: Interest in design, stationery, or online communities
