At Factor Notes, we craft thoughtful stationery and lifestyle products that spark joy. From affirmation decks to quirky planners, everything we make reflects charm, color, and character. We’re now looking for a designer who can visually elevate what we create and help us tell better brand stories.

What You’ll Do

• Design and prepare product and packaging layouts for printing
• Design compelling website banners, ad creatives, social media posts and emailers
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams

What We’re Looking For

• A strong sense of design aesthetics — think bold, minimal, and delightful
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (bonus if you know motion graphics)
• A portfolio with a range of digital creatives and branding work
• Creativity, accountability, and the ability to deliver to deadlines
• Team spirit and the ability to take feedback and improve

Nice to Have

• Interest in stationery, journaling, or self-care culture
• Prior experience designing for D2C or lifestyle brands
