About the Role

Social Media Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute

    end-to-end social media activities

    across platforms, primarily

    LinkedIn and Instagram

    .
  • Create engaging content including

    posts, carousels, reels, short videos, and creatives

    aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Write compelling

    captions, ad copies, blogs, and website content

    to support brand positioning and campaigns.
  • Conceptualise, design, and develop

    presentations (PPTs)

    for marketing, sales, and internal use.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting and consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content for campaigns, events, webinars, and company updates.
  • Assist in basic

    video editing and reel creation

    for social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media performance, track engagement metrics, and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve reach and engagement.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience

    in social media management or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong content writing and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience managing

    LinkedIn and Instagram

    for brands.
  • Proficiency in creating

    presentations (PPTs)

    and visual content.
  • Basic experience in

    video editing and reel creation

    (tools like Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, branding, and digital storytelling.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
