Job Description

Role Overview: As a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for providing managed services to clients, ensuring the operational continuity of their IT infrastructure and systems. Your role involves proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems to restore service and meet service level agreements. You will primarily focus on first-line support for standard and low complexity incidents across multiple technology domains. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor client infrastructure and solutions - Identify problems and errors before or when they occur - Investigate incidents to identify root causes - Provide telephonic or chat support to clients - Schedule maintenance activity windows for patching and configuration changes - Report and escalate incidents when necessary - Update knowledge articles and identify opportunities for process improvement - Contribute to project work and disaster recovery functions as required - Perform any other related tasks as needed Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computing - Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified, AWS Certified, Veeam Certified Engineer, VMware Certified Professional, etc. - Entry-level experience in troubleshooting and support within an ICT organization - Basic knowledge of ITIL processes Additional Company Details: NTT DATA is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
