Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of

3040 members

across the East region
Own

revenue, supply, and P&L

for the designated market
Develop and implement strategies for

market expansion & partner growth
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external)
Monitor performance metrics, ensure target achievement, and drive operational excellence
Resolve escalations and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams

Who We Are Looking For:

8–12 years of experience in

Sales/Business Development/Operations leadership
Strong exposure to

B2B sales, supply management & revenue ownership
Proven experience in handling large teams (25+ members)
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Hospitality/Travel/Start-up background will be an added advantage
