Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Service Manager in the Customer Service department of Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle complex customer complaints and issues professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
