Job Description

The Sky Service Product RM will be a vital part of our Sky Channel team, dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role involves managing and resolving customer inquiries and issues related to our retail assets sky channel. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent is required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and other forms of communication, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints related to retail assets sky channel services.
  • Offer product knowledge and educate customers on the benefits and features of our sky channel offerings.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates on case progress.
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate team leads.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and security.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest product developments and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
