About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced

Sitecore Architect

to lead our enterprise-level digital experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, proven Sitecore expertise, and hands-on experience in modern composable solutions, including

XM Cloud, CDP,

and

Next.js

. This role requires a balance of architectural vision, hands-on implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the
technical architecture
for Sitecore-based solutions (XP, XM Cloud, CDP, Personalize).
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Lead
migration and modernization projects
(XP to XM Cloud, headless implementations).
Provide
hands-on technical leadership
in Sitecore development, customization, and integration with third-party systems.
Ensure adherence to
best practices
, security standards, and performance optimization.
Guide and mentor development teams on Sitecore, Next.js, and composable DXP practices.
Oversee
solution design, proof of concepts
(
POCs
), and complex integrations (CRM, DAM, marketing automation, analytics tools).
Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (Azure, Vercel, Netlify).
Conduct
architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance audits.
Support RFPs, pre-sales, and client presentations as a subject matter expert (SME).

Required Qualifications & Skills

12–15 years of IT experience
with at least
8–10

years of strong Sitecore experience
.
Proven experience in
architecture & solution design
for enterprise-scale Sitecore implementations.
Certifications
: Sitecore XP and SaaS product certifications (XM Cloud, CDP, Personalize preferred).
Hands-on expertise in:

Sitecore XM Cloud, CDP, PersonalizeHeadless architecture with Next.js

Sitecore JSS, SXA, Content Hub (preferred)
Strong knowledge of
Sitecore upgrade &

migration strategies (XP → XM Cloud).
Proficiency in .
NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
Solid understanding of
Azure cloud services
, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent knowledge of
integration patterns
(REST, GraphQL, event-driven).
Strong understanding of
security, scalability,
and
performance optimization
in digital platforms.
Exceptional
problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
