The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, proven Sitecore expertise, and hands-on experience in modern composable solutions, including XM Cloud, CDP, and Next.js . This role requires a balance of architectural vision, hands-on implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the technical architecture for Sitecore-based solutions (XP, XM Cloud, CDP, Personalize). Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Lead migration and modernization projects (XP to XM Cloud, headless implementations). Provide hands-on technical leadership in Sitecore development, customization, and integration with third-party systems. Ensure adherence to best practices , security standards, and performance optimization. Guide and mentor development teams on Sitecore, Next.js, and composable DXP practices.
