We Leadtek Industries based at Jamshedpur are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to oversee the execution and management of our Anti Corrosive Coating Projects in various Steel Plants in Eastern India. Candidate having experience in Handling Team, Execution of work using Rope Access & Scaffolding teams will be preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: · Actively participate to ensure faster Site Mobilisation in coordination with client and HO for Equipment/Manpower. · Manage day-to-day Site execution activities . · Supervise site teams, to ensure timely and quality execution. · Coordinate with procurement, and commissioning departments for seamless Execution. · Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on-site. · Monitor project milestones and report progress to the Management. · Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to prevent delays. · Ensure compliance with Quality Standards of Client. · Maintain accurate site documentation (daily reports, photos, issue logs, etc.). · Participate in progress meetings with clients, · Manage site-level budgets and track costs · Lead multidisciplinary site teams and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture. · Mentor Site supervisors and ensure strong internal communication across Team · Support process related to QA/QC, Invoice & Billing, Site Gate pass Management.
