To execute & complete the project in the site within the planned target time including installation, commissioning & testing.Coordinate with contractors for timely completion of work in the respective site. Control site project cost. Manage resource/ material and manpower deployment. Providing solutions in the site/ inputs on retro fittings for critical risk areas during project execution. Coordinate with site in charge Quality for inspection activities of material at site for standards quantity, specification and transit damage. Implement all billing activities coordinating with Finance person in the site. Manage Men and Material. Adhere to company Policies
