Site Lead (Facility Management)

As a Site Director at Sodexo, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient operations across all integrated facilities management services at the assigned site. Your focus will be on client satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability. You will oversee the service lines, ensuring adherence to standards and contract terms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing a large team of 200+ employees, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to client terms and conditions - Conducting operational audits, optimizing service delivery strategies, managing in-house teams and external vendor relationships - Monitoring SLAs, overseeing contract negotiations and renewals - Proactively identifying and resolving operational discrepancies to maintain high standards of service continuity To sustain and build the profitability of the site, you will need to: - Analyze reports timely and provide solutions to counter any discrepancies - Keep track of invoice details and enforce timely collection of invoiced amounts from clients - Meet the sales and profit targets of the site Manpower management and training will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to: - Promote a healthy and teamwork-oriented atmosphere on-site - Prepare a manpower budget, identify training needs of your team - Ensure that the site is at its optimum staff strength - Implement HR processes, staff welfare activities, and address training needs to ensure the well-being and development of your team Communication with clients, client retention, cost management, legal compliances, systems implementation, process management, and safety, environment & quality (SEQ) will all fall under your purview as a Site Director at Sodexo.
