 Manage daily tyre service operations  Supervise technicians and ensure productivity  Coordinate with customers for smooth operations  Maintain quality, safety, and SOP compliance  Handle reporting, tyre tracking, and documentation  Manage site inventory and tools  Support breakdown and emergency services  Drive process improvements PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS  Graduate / Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical preferred)  2–5 years of tyre/fleet service experience  Knowledge of tyre operations, alignment, and safety  Basic computer skills JK Tyre & Industries Limited, New Delhi Page 2 COMPETENCIES Functional Competencies Behavioral Competencies  Tyre Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand tyre structure, wear patterns, and correct servicing methods.  Wheel Alignment Knowledge: Ability to oversee and ensure accurate truck/bus alignment for better tyre life.  Fleet Operations Understanding: Knowledge of vehicle movement, load patterns, and fleet operating cycles.  Breakdown Handling: Ability to coordinate quick and effective responses to on-road tyre emergencies.  Service Quality & SOP Compliance: Ensures all tyre services are delivered as per company standards and procedures.  Inventory & Material Management: Manages tyre stock, tools, and consumables efficiently at the site.  Operational Planning: Allocates work and plans daily operations for smooth workflow and productivity.  Data Recording & Reporting: Maintains accurate service logs, reports, and tyre performance data.  Safety Compliance: Ensures all service activities follow safety rules and use of PPE.  Customer Coordination: Communicates with customers to address daily needs, queries, and issues.  Tool & Equipment Handling: Ensures proper use and maintenance of tyre service tools and alignment machines.  Analytical Problem-Solving: Identifies issues in tyre performance and suggests improvements based on root cause analysis.  Leadership: Ability to guide, motivate, and manage the technician team effectively.  Accountability: Takes full responsibility for site performance and outcomes.  Communication: Conveys instructions and information clearly and professionally.  Problem-Solving: Quickly identifies issues and applies practical solutions.  Customer Focus: Responds to customer needs with care, clarity, and service mindset.  Time Management: Uses time efficiently to meet daily service schedules and priorities.  Adaptability: Adjusts smoothly to changing work demands and unexpected situations.  Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in service, reporting, and safety checks.  Integrity: Demonstrates honesty, fairness, and ethical behavior in all actions.  Safety Orientation: Always prioritizes safe practices and enforces them on site.  Collaboration: Works cooperatively with team members and customer staff.  Stress Management: Maintains calm and effective performance under pressure.
