~ Handle project sites across PAN India and be ready to travel based on project requirements.
~ Visit sites and meet existing employees to ensure smooth operations.
~ Deploy manpower at different sites as per client or project needs.
~ Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding employee attendance and site-related updates.
~ Collect attendance from sites and share it with the back-end/accounts team on time.
~ Coordinate with the accounts team for employee salary processing and resolve attendance or payroll-related queries.
~ Maintain proper documentation of site activities, manpower deployment, and travel logs.
~ Ensure smooth communication between clients, site employees, and internal teams.
~ Support overall project operations and ensure tasks are completed within timelines.
