Your future role

  • Take on a new challenge and apply your human resources expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. Youll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
  • You'll play a key role in providing professional HR support to local business partners, ensuring adherence to company policies, and deploying Alstom HR initiatives to empower our teams. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business, such as the ALSTOM HR network, site and corporate HR communities, and expertise centers, while also maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment suppliers and HR networks.
  • Youll specifically take care of counselling business on HR topics and supporting line managers in developing their human relation skills to care for their teams, but also ensure project staffing and site HR support are secured on time.

  • Providing guidance and support to management on all HR-related issues, policies, and processes
  • Implementing business, corporate, and group HR strategies on a regional and global level
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and rules
  • Supervising local HR teams to deliver day-to-day operational support
  • Facilitating recruitment, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Implementing performance management systems and ensuring the development of employees

  • University degree in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science, or economy
  • 5 years of HR experience in a similar industry or environment
  • Generalist HR management experience, covering all areas of HR practices
  • Professional expertise in employment law issues, payroll, and employee relations
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills
  • Intercultural awareness and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage time and projects effectively
