Job Description

Sales & Marketing Execution Responsibility Matrix

1. Pre-Work

  • Market study, competitor analysis, and strategy planning before project launch.

2. Recruitment, Training & Deployment

  • Hire suitable candidates as per project needs.
  • Ensure complete induction and training of the sales team.
  • Deploy the team effectively across site and off-site responsibilities.

3. Closing & Sourcing Strategy

  • Develop sourcing strategies for consistent lead generation.
  • Ensure conversions as per defined benchmarks.

4. Agency Onboarding

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard capable channel partners/agencies.
  • Provide proper orientation and project briefing.

5. Marketing Execution (Online & Offline)

  • Plan and implement digital & traditional marketing strategies.
  • Maintain daily tracking and reporting of marketing activities.

6. Channel Partner (CP) Activation

  • Conduct weekly CP meets and ensure active participation.
  • Ensure a minimum number of CP visits to the site (as per management direction).
  • Capture and share photos/videos of CP meetings for documentation.

7. Lead Allocation to Presales

  • Ensure timely and systematic allocation of leads.
  • Maintain a lead-to-walk-in ratio of over 10%.

8. Generating Targeted Site Visits

  • Submit weekly and monthly visit plans aligned with closing targets.
  • Focus on quality visits with high conversion potential.

9. Client Meetings & Closures

  • Personally attend clients at the site.
  • Achieve closures at management-approved pricing.

10. Launch Day Process

  • Ensure every customer brings:
  • a. 10% own contribution chequeb. Government Chargesc. Sanction Letter from the bank/finance partner
  • 11. Mop-Up Activity
  • Follow up and convert clients who were left out during initial token allocation.

12. Sustenance Phase

  • Continue booking sales at revised rates, as directed by management.

13. Agreement Execution

  • Coordinate timely agreement signing and registration of booked units.

14. Sales / Revenue Targets

  • Achieve defined weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

15. Miscellaneous Duties

  • Any other task assigned by management that fits the employee’s profile.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gowdavalli, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Site Head: 5 years (Required)
