Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Head to manage and drive the real estate sales team at our Kondhwa project. This role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, and closing capabilities to ensure high conversion and performance from the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly booking and revenue targets
• Monitor and support the team in handling client walk-ins, site visits, and property pitches
• Work closely with the Closing and Marketing teams to align lead flow and strategy
• Track team performance and guide underperforming members with regular coaching
• Handle escalated clients or important walk-ins to close high-value deals
• Coordinate with internal departments and builder teams for inventory, pricing, and project updates
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and ensure CRM hygiene

Requirements:

• 5+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably with team handling
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in client handling and deal closures
• Good understanding of the Kondhwa micro-market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
