Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Head located in Kalyan. The Site Head will oversee all day-to-day operations at the site, ensuring that projects sales are completed on time, within required rate alongside driving the overall success of the site.

Qualifications & CTC offered

• Experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Forging Alliances
• Luxury Sales , HNI dealing
• Skills in Product Development and strategy
• Ability to develop and manage Brand Development, Sales, and CRM
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kalyan
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• CTC offered for this role is between 15 to 20 lacs per annum .
