Site Engineer

Role Overview:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring all on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out safely, on time, within budget, and as per quality standards and specifications. The role involves acting as a key technical advisor on-site, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients, consultants, and ensuring proper documentation and progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution of works.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per standards.
• Verify setting out, levels, measurements, and ensure construction accuracy.
• Handle site-related technical queries and resolve issues in consultation with the project team.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and safety standards.
• Manage resources including manpower, machinery, and materials effectively.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, work permits, inspections, and approvals.
• Support in billing, measurement verification, and client billing certification.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 5 years of experience in site execution, preferably in [Residential/Commercial/Industrial/Infrastructure] projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Based at construction sites.
• Requires flexibility to work extended hours as per project demands.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
