Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations. Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution of works. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per standards. Verify setting out, levels, measurements, and ensure construction accuracy. Handle site-related technical queries and resolve issues in consultation with the project team. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and safety standards. Manage resources including manpower, machinery, and materials effectively. Maintain proper documentation of drawings, work permits, inspections, and approvals.
