Role Overview: The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring all on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out safely, on time, within budget, and as per quality standards and specifications. The role involves acting as a key technical advisor on-site, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients, consultants, and ensuring proper documentation and progress reporting. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations. Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution of works. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per standards. Verify setting out, levels, measurements, and ensure construction accuracy. Handle site-related technical queries and resolve issues in consultation with the project team. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and safety standards. Manage resources including manpower, machinery, and materials effectively. Maintain proper documentation of drawings, work permits, inspections, and approvals. Support in billing, measurement verification, and client billing certification. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering works, drawings, and construction methods. Good leadership and team management skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Good communication and reporting skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field). 5 years of experience in site execution, preferably in [Residential/Commercial/Industrial/Infrastructure] projects. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools preferred. Working Conditions: Based at construction sites. Requires flexibility to work extended hours as per project demands. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
