Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and monitor interior project execution at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with design, production, and vendor teams to ensure timely material delivery and installation.
Manage and guide on-site contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other workforce to maintain work quality and progress.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Conduct site measurements, progress tracking, and daily reporting to the project manager.
Identify and resolve site-level issues, discrepancies, and technical challenges.
Verify material usage, maintain site inventory, and ensure minimal wastage.
Support clients during site visits and update them on work progress.
Handle snag lists, final checks, and ensure timely project handover.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
3 years of experience in interior fit-out or residential project execution.
Good knowledge of materials, site coordination, and finishing work.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
