Site Engineer

Position: - Site Engineer

Desired Profile: The candidates should have hands-on experience in overseeing building and roads projects, with proficiency in preparing bills, estimates, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and managing all site-related activities. Basically, the role requires to be independently handling all site work with having strong organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a commitment to ensuring projects are completed on time as per instruction received from reporting head.

Education and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field

Experience: - 4 to 7 Year Experience.

Relevant Experience required in: - Roads and Building related work.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conducting regular inspections of construction sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

● Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.

● Reviewing project plans and blueprints, preparing detailed schedules, and monitoring progress against established timelines.

● Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals.

● Preparing and submitting DPRs, progress reports, and other documentation as required by project client.

● Assisting in the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs), estimates.

● Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.

● Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.

● Collaborating with, engineers, to resolve any design or construction issues.

Requirements

● Proven experience as a Site Engineer in building and roads projects.

● Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software.

● Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with organizational and time management skills

● Willingness to travel to project sites and work in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range – Will be decided after discussion with the candidate, it will be according to market standards.

Location: - Vadodara, Junagadh, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Chhota Udaipur. (however, the candidate shall be willing to travel all over India as and when required depending on project requirement).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vadodara, Gujarat
